Mike and Mary Esposito started their House Doctors franchise in 1996. Due to the growth of House Doctors and the request from existing customers for replacement windows, Mike and Mary started their window company, New Phase Construction in 2001. New Phase Construction now serves its customers as Prestige Windows and Doors. Both companies moved to their new building in 2005. The new building affords both companies plus a window showroom more office and warehouse space. The office and showroom is located 2625 Production Road Virginia Beach, VA.
